Service Description

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the CranioSacral system. Improving the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more by facilitating the body's natural and innate healing processes. CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease. Fully clothed using light pressure and gentle movement this session is done on the massage table. Please wear comfortable clothing, loose or stretchy pants and shirts free of buttons and decorative metal or zippers. *This session may also involve intraoral work.

Cancellation Policy

As my hours are limited cancellations need to be made 48 hrs in advance so I can reach out to others who may have been hoping to book. Cancellations affect both me and other clients so please be mindful of booking and canceling. If you need to cancel you may do so up to 48 hrs before to avoid any fees. Between 48 and 24 hrs is a 50% cancelation fee and at 24 hrs cancelation will result in the total cost of the session at $140
